Returns Policy
We strive to ensure that all customers are happy with their purchases, therefore we will happily provide an exchange or refund on items if they fit one of the following:- Manufacturing fault
- Size Exchange (Please note that exchanges are only available when the exchanging size is in stock, in the circumstance that your size is unavailable we will then offer you a refund for the amount of the item at purchase).
Returns will need to be made within 14 calendar days of when the item was received. The item must be returned in original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided. A refund will be made for the amount of the item at purchase.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the garment and if the fault is accepted as a manufacturing fault, we will contact you for an exchange or refund. If it is not a manufacturing fault the exchange or refund will not be processed.
SALE ITEMS
There are no refunds or returns on items that are on sale.
Postage
You will be responsible for the payment of postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.International Orders:
International arrival times vary right now due to COVID-19 delays and border closures. We ship within 5-7 business days (M-F) and then it is up to Australia Post. Maz lifestyle does not collect duties, customs, and/or brokerage fees at the time of purchase. Therefore, international orders ship with these potential fees unpaid. Customers will be responsible for all duties, customs and/or brokerage fees upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office to find out more regarding your country’s custom fees. Once a package reaches the international border, Maz lifestyles is no longer responsible for missing or lost packages. Please contact your local Postal service to locate and deliver your package.
Lost Or Stolen Packages:
Maz lifestyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or damages to a package during transit once an order has been shipped. Please contact your local post office if your package is missing or damaged and they will help you locate it.
PLEASE NOTE:
- If a return is not received or lost in transit, we cannot offer a refund for the item. Due to this we recommend you return your item with tracking.
- Any packages sent back (RTS) Return To Sender will result in $10 being deducted off their return.
If your return is approved, we will then initiate a refund to your original payment method.
